Featured in the “Taste and See” segments led by our very own missionaries serving at the Blossom Creek Coffee Farm and Discipleship Training Facility, these highly desirable coffee beans are organically cultivated and carefully cultured at each level of production.

Of the Parainema, Catuia, Bourbon and Paca varieties, these single-origin beans are grown at 1,450 meters above sea level (1450 MASL) and have been carefully cultured from the seedling all the way to the cherry. Once harvested, these beans travel on a highly complex journey called the “Natural Process”, before making it to our North American roaster . Although this process requires much more manual effort and trade-experience than the traditional “washed process”, our goal is to showcase the full-bodied, fruity-sweetness and unmistakable beauty of Blossom Creek’s God-given resources.
